- Describe and understand the gait cycle
- Understand normal biomechanics of the foot and ankle
- Have a general understanding of common foot and ankle disorders
- Have a basic knowledge and understanding of the anatomy of the tibiofemoral joint
- Have a general understanding of tibiofemoral joint disorders
- Understand the normal arthrokinematics of the tibiofemoral joint
- Implement a rehabilitation plan, including strengthening, proprioception, and exercise techniques in accordance with the principles of basic exercise for the tibiofemoral joint
- Have a basic knowledge and understanding of the anatomy of the patellofemoral joint
- Understand normal biomechanics of the PFJ
- Have a general understanding of common PFJ disorders
- Implement a rehabilitation plan including, stretching, strengthening, proprioception, and exercise techniques for the treatment of PFJ injury
- Have a basic knowledge and understanding of hip anatomy
- Understand the normal biomechanics of the hip joint
- Recognize pathomechanics and its relationship to dysfunction at the hip joint
- Have a general understanding of common hip joint pathology
- Have a general understanding of surgical procedures used to address hip joint pathology
